Full planning permission was granted by BCP Council on 4 July 2025, following a successful appeal decided in January 2025. The scheme is now in its pre-construction phase while the remaining planning conditions are discharged.
We take the same approach here as everywhere else: the place comes first, the specification is honest, and we do not publish details until they are settled. The consented planning drawings are shown below; specification and timescales will follow as the scheme progresses.
